ONLINE THERAPY

(Accessible to ALL Residents of New Jersey)

Is being quarantined for your own safety causing extra stress?

Feeling like a failure as a parent because being a mom, employee, and spouse/partner simultaneously is just too much?

Wondering if your relationship is going to make it through this pandemic?

We are here to help!

Accepting new clients!

Should I See Just Any Therapist? Aren't All Therapist Doing Online Therapy At The Moment?

While it is true that most every therapist remaining open during this time are providing online therapy, not all therapist specialize in providing treatment to pregnant and postpartum moms/parents.

I specialize in working with moms/dads/parents to help them find ways to have happier and more successful relationships with each other and with their children.

Under normal circumstances, emotions run high during the pregnancy and postpartum times. But these are not normal times by a long shot!

These are unprecedented times and being quarantined with the ones you love most can be very trying and test even the most committed relationships.

So if you are struggling to find your new normal and want to connect to find out more about how counseling can help, please reach out!

We are still here to help!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform called Telehealth by SimplePractice. You can use any computer with a webcam, smart phone, or tablet.

Before our first session, we can schedule a free test run so that you can feel comfortable connecting through the video platform.

We are currently offering online therapy for individuals in New Jersey only, as this is the state I am licensed to practice in.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

For students of Princeton University, I am in-network with the Princeton University Exclusive Provider Network. If you have Princeton University Student Health Insurance, your sessions are therefore covered under this plan and you are only responsible for your copay.  Telehealth (or online therapy) sessions are being covered fully as if they were an in-person session for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am an out-of-network provider with all other insurance providers.

Please note that insurance coverage of online sessions is dependent on your plan.

Given that the Governor of New Jersey has declared a State of Emergency, most all insurance companies are covering telehealth (or online therapy) sessions the same as in-person sessions.

If you have any questions about accessing your out-of-network insurance benefits, please contact your insurance plan. I am happy to provide some of the details your insurance company will need to provide an accurate quote of how much you would be reimbursed per session.
